Explicitly approved for public display with safe category, location, type, value or rate, description, reason and supported freshness.
PUBLIC_EXPIRED
Retained as a publication state for safe historical context but never presented as a current opportunity.
Private by design
What never appears in the public layer.
Internal IDs, scores, owner notes, buyer details, private URLs, client criteria, credentials, application or bid data and internal commercial strategy remain excluded.
